About the project

City Plaza is a retail and entertainment mall in New Damietta City, developed by Alqima Developments, with around 560 commercial units on a 42,730-square-meter plot.

It comes in two parts: an outdoor area, the Plaza, and an indoor area holding Souq Al Khan and the Courtyard, across a basement, ground floor, first floor and roof garden. Landscaping covers up to 70% of the site.

The concrete structure is complete.

Location

The project sits directly on the main road that runs from one end of the city to the other, with a 180-meter frontage. Facing it are the Banks district, the Al-Momayez area and the Second District, the oldest and most densely populated neighborhood in New Damietta.
